X-Central bundles the first year of support into the price of the Equitrac products purchased. First year support services entitle you to ‘hot fixes’ and updates for software and depot support for hardware.

Remote Software Support
X-Central’s product and technical specialists
provide on-going assistance and guidance to
support optimal performance of your software
and resolve any functional issues that may surface.
Software Support will include problem identification
and resolution including workarounds when
possible. Assistance may also include remote
access to end users' systems via network or modem
for remote diagnosis of problems, if access is made
available to X-Central.
Hardware Depot Maintenance X-Central’s support extends beyond the original
warranty period of the hardware products. We
have an agreement that Equitrac will repair or
replace defective hardware returned to their
repair facility. Hardware product support
is incremental to the standard 90-day warranty
from Factory Shipment.
